Engr. Anwar Pervez Shefin
Message from Chairman
Engr. Anwar Pervez Shefin passed B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from BUET in 1999 and completed MBA program major in marketing from a private university in 2005. After completing graduation from BUET, he started his career in Energypac Engineering Ltd. in 1999 and worked there for about nine (09) years. At the time of leaving Energypac, he was the AGM (Asst. General Manager) of substation division. During his long-time career in power sector, he had to handle so many issues related to 11KV & 33 KV power distribution systems like supply, installation and commissioning of different ranges of substation equipment. Moreover, in his student life in BUET he completed industrial training in GEM Plant, Chittagong. Real life experience in power & electrical engineering industry for couple of years inspired him to initiate entrepreneurship in the same industry and with a group of previous professional colleagues and friends he started the operation of different sister concerns under the umbrella of Powerbreeze Group of Companies.
In his student life he was related to different types of intellectual and cultural activities. Under his dynamic leadership, Dr. M.A. Rashid Hall, BUET won the Championship in 13th National Television Debate Competition (1995-1997) and he was selected the best speaker of the final competition.
Engr. Anwar Pervez Shefin is a member of judge panel of National Television Debate Competition of Bangladesh Television.
As a recognition of quality works, Powerbreeze Engineering Ltd. was selected for ‘BID Quality Award” and to receive it, Engr. Anwar Pervez Shefin joined New York Quality Summit Convention which was held at Marriott Marquis Hotel, Time Square, Manhattan, USA on May 28, 2012.
To conduct business conference and meeting as well as technical seminar Engr. Anwar Pervez Shefin visited many countries of Europe, Australia, America & Asian region like USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Netherland, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Turkey, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Nepal, India, Indonesia etc.

Engr. Washimul Amin
Managing Director
Engr. Washimul Amin passed B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 2001 from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET). After completing engineering graduation from KUET, he started his career in power sector through dedicated engagement in design, consultancy and construction of diversified patterns of power distribution system and philosophy of more or less all kinds of industries. He was senior engineer of Energypac Engineering Ltd. where he had the scope of work for so many critical design & installations in 11KV and 33KV substation as well as Busbar Trunking System (BBT). During his career in Energypac he earned vast knowledge and experience in BBT as well as 11KV and 33KV sub-station drawing, designing, assembling and installation works. Then he left Energypac and with a group of previous colleagues and friends he started business in electrical and power sector being associated with different sister concern under Powerbreeze Group of Companies in 2006.

Engr. Mainuddin Khan

Engr. Mainuddin Khan passed B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from CUET in 1998. He was the manager of Energypac Power Generation Ltd. where he worked for installation, erection, commissioning and after sales support of Diesel and Gas Generator for couple of years (since 2001 to 2008). Apart from Energypac he worked in some other power and electrical engineering companies of Bangladesh during his professional career of early days. Beside the conventional work, Engr. Mainuddin Khan worked in some kinds of customized solution like Co-Generation, Designing and selection of proper Cooling Tower & Heat Exchange as well as ventilation system for power plant. Moreover, he gained adequate knowledge and experience on Power Plant Installation and overhauling of Engine. On the basis of his long term R&D works and experience on power Generation and electro-mechanical machineries he became confident enough to take the challenge of entrepreneurship and started working to develop Powerbreeze as the most efficient house of electromechanical solution in Bangladesh.
